Last night we finally jumped into kegging our homebrew. I honestly don’t know why I waited this long, bottling truly sucks in comparison. It took us more time just to sanitize the bottles in the past than it does to clean and keg the entire batch.
We kegged in a 5 Gal Sanke Keg, because I had an empty one from the kegerator. It was pretty easy, but the initial metal ring was a pain ( especially after some brews ). In the video below it seemed really easy, but that was not the case for me.
